Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you ask the desk to prepare an analysis, a chart set, or a briefing.
Acceptance
By commissioning work, paying a deposit, or sending records for a quoted analysis, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send files or payment. A written quote, once accepted by email, forms the engagement together with these terms.
The work
Eventmatrixcore Analytics prepares visual reports and briefings on marketing performance from records you supply. The desk does not buy media, place advertisements, or operate your accounts. Deliverables are described in the quote. Specimens on this site are illustrations, not a promise of identical pages.
Your records
You warrant that you have the right to share the files you send and that they do not unlawfully include another person’s confidential material. You remain responsible for the accuracy of source figures. The desk will mark gaps; it will not invent weeks.
Intellectual property
Until the balance is paid, drafts and working drawings remain the property of Eventmatrixcore Analytics. After full payment, you may use the bound report and charts for your internal management and for sharing with professional advisers. You may not resell the drawings, present them as your own authorship, or use our name to endorse a campaign we did not review. The desk retains the right to keep an internal file copy.
Liability
Reports are professional opinions based on the records supplied. They are not audited accounts, legal advice, or a guarantee of future till results. To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia, liability for a proven error in our drawing or commentary is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of campaign opportunity, or decisions you take after the briefing.
Confidentiality
Campaign figures, invoices, and diaries are treated as confidential and are not shown as specimens without your written leave. Staff at the Pekini Avenue office who handle a file are bound to the same duty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled in writing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.
Changes
The desk may update these terms for future engagements. The version in force is the one on this page on the day your quote is accepted.
