Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings
These rules apply to analysis work, charting, and briefings. The desk does not sell goods by post or keep a shop stock.
When a refund may be due
A full refund of a deposit is due if the desk cancels the engagement before drawing has begun, or if a quote was accepted and the desk cannot start within the time written on the quote for reasons of its own.
A partial refund of the deposit may be due if you cancel in writing before records have been accepted and listed. An administrative charge of 150 GEL is kept to cover the intake correspondence.
Work already started
Once records have been accepted and charting has begun, the deposit is not returned. You remain liable for work completed up to the stop date, billed against the quote, and for any printing already ordered. Finished pages already delivered are not refundable.
Briefings and quarterly sittings
A briefing included in a Marketing Performance Review can be moved once if you give at least five working days’ notice. A sitting cancelled with less notice, or a no-show, is treated as delivered for that hour; it is not refunded. A replacement hour may be booked at the quarterly sitting rate.
Quarterly briefings prepaid as a year of sittings (if ever offered in a written quote) refund unused future sittings minus the sitting already prepared, provided you write before the addendum is drawn.
Charting only
If campaign charting has not started, the same deposit rule as above applies. If drawings have been started, fees follow completed charts. Unused extra copies that were never printed are not charged.
Non-refundable items
Courier fees already paid to a carrier, extra bound copies already printed, and time spent unpicking mixed-currency invoices after you asked for that work, are not refundable. Specimen browsing at the office is free and is not a paid product.

How a refund is paid
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that paid, in GEL, within fifteen working days of approval. We do not return cash at the door and we do not process cards on this website.
Exceptions
If Georgian law gives you a right that cannot be limited by this page, that right stands. This notice does not cover goods we do not sell, subscriptions we do not offer, or events we do not host.
