Privacy notice
This notice explains what the Tbilisi desk keeps when you enquire, commission work, or visit this site.
Data controller

What we collect
From an enquiry form or email: your name, email address, the piece of work you selected, an optional period, and the message you wrote. From a commissioned engagement: the business contacts named in correspondence, billing details, and the marketing records you send (which may include staff names inside a spreadsheet). From a visit to this site: the cookie preference described in the cookie notice.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card details, or health information on this site.
Why we hold it
Enquiries are used to reply and to prepare a quote. Engagement files are used to draw the report, issue invoices, and keep an internal copy as described in the terms. Cookie preference is used only to remember accept or reject.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to eighteen months, then deleted from the working mailbox and form log. Paid engagement files, invoices, and the internal copy of a report are kept for six years after the final invoice, which is long enough for ordinary accounting and a later dispute. You may ask for an earlier deletion of an enquiry; engagement files needed for invoices cannot be erased while Georgian accounting rules require them.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or object to a use that is not required for the contract or the law. Write to info@eventmatrixcore.digital. We will answer within one month. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
International transfers
The desk works in Tbilisi. Email and files may pass through processors whose servers sit outside Georgia (for example a mail host). Where that happens, we use suppliers who contract to protect the information. We do not sell lists.
Children
These pages describe professional analysis for organisations. We do not knowingly keep information about children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new text will appear on this page with effect from the date of publication.
