Fees
Rates and how a fee is formed
Prices are quoted after the files are listed. The figures below are starting points in Georgian lari, not a menu you tick without a conversation.
What moves a quote
The desk counts channels, months of records, and whether files arrive in one currency or several. Agency fees tangled with media cost take time to unpick. Georgian and English source files are both ordinary; a jumble of unlabelled columns is not. A briefing on Pekini Avenue is included in a full review; a sitting outside Tbilisi is arranged by telephone unless travel is agreed in writing.
Rush work under ten working days is not offered. Extra printed copies for a board are billed at cost plus a small handling charge.
How payment is asked
A deposit of forty percent is due when records are accepted. The balance is due on delivery of the bound pages, and in any case before a briefing. Invoices are issued in GEL. Bank transfer is the usual method. The desk does not take payment through this website.
If a file list changes after intake — more months, another channel — the quote is revised before drawing begins. See the refund notice for deposits, cancellations, and work already started.
A set of six charts from tables you already trust, printed on report stock. Extra drawings and brand-colour matching are added on the same quote.
From 800 GEL
Two channels, one currency, a spend map and a short note. Further channels and mixed invoices raise the fee.
From 1,400 GEL
A single-channel stretch of about ninety days, bound report, and a ninety-minute briefing. Multi-channel work is quoted after intake.
From 2,400 GEL
Offered only after a first review from this desk. The addendum is included; a wholly new bound report is not.
