About the practice

The desk

The office opened because marketing meetings in this city kept arguing from different screens. Someone had to put the period on paper.

The desk is in Tbilisi; records arrive from shops and hotels across Georgia.

Eventmatrixcore Analytics is a small analysis practice on Level 7, 68 Pekini Avenue, Tbilisi 0160. The work is marketing performance read from records the client already keeps: invoices, exports, till notes, booking diaries. The return is a visual report and a conversation in the same rooms, or by telephone when the client is on the coast or in the vineyards.

The practice is not an advertising agency and does not place media. It exists for the stretch after a campaign has run, when the question is no longer “shall we try this” but “what did that stretch actually do.” Georgia’s calendar — harvest, feast days, August heat, the tourist shoulder — is treated as a fact in the file, not a footnote.

How the desk prefers to work

Records are listed before any chart is drawn. Uncertain numbers stay labelled. Charts are sized for a table, with titles a non-specialist can read aloud. Briefings keep to the pages; if a claim cannot be pointed to, it is not made.

Clients are shops, hotels, regional brands, and the occasional agency that wants a reading independent of the people who booked the space. English is used for these pages and for international owners; Georgian-language files are ordinary and welcome.

What we will not claim

We will not pretend a thin file can isolate every cause. We will not redraw a bar to soothe a room. We will not sell a continuing screen. The value of the desk is a shared sheet and a sitting that ends with the same copy in everyone’s hands.

Who sits at the desk

Nino Kapanadze

Nino Kapanadze

First reading

Nino trained in statistics at Tbilisi State University and spent years inside a retail group’s monthly packs. She takes the first pass through a ledger and marks the weeks that do not add up.

Giorgi Beridze

Charting

Giorgi draws the charts. He cares about scale, paper margins, and whether a colour still reads when a copy is made on a tired office printer in Kutaisi.

Tamar Gelashvili

Briefings

Tamar chairs the sittings. She used to produce radio schedules and still hears when a room is defending a channel out of habit rather than from the page.
