Prepared forClients who already hold a Marketing Performance Review from this desk

A quarterly briefing is a sitting, not a first diagnosis. It is offered only after a Marketing Performance Review has already named the channels, the way responses are counted, and the gaps in the files. Each quarter you send the new stretch of records. The desk updates the charts, prints a short addendum, and meets for ninety minutes.

The point of the sitting is comparison: what moved, what stayed stubborn, what the calendar did (Tbilisi’s August quiet, the New Year fortnight, the wine harvest in Kakheti). It is not a promise that every quarter will look like progress.

Missed sittings can be moved once with five working days’ notice. A no-show without notice is billed. The fee is 1,800 GEL per sitting. The addendum is included; a full new bound report is not, and would be quoted as a fresh review.
