A narrow reading of where the marketing money went, set against the responses that can actually be tied to each channel.

A channel spend review is narrower than a full performance review. It asks one question: where did the money go, and which of those lari can be placed beside a counted response? Radio invoices, outdoor contracts, print insertions, and digital invoices are lined up in the same currency. Responses that cannot be tied to a channel are kept in a separate column so they do not quietly inflate a favourite.

The finished pages usually run shorter than a full review — a spend map, a response table, and a two-page note. There is a forty-five-minute conversation to walk the map, not a full briefing.

This work is useful before a year is planned, or after a burst that felt expensive. It will not tell you which headline to write next. Fees start at 1,400 GEL for two channels and rise when invoices are in several currencies or when agencies’ fees need untangling from media cost.
